Lita in the city
Surrounds herself with sound.
She grows tall as skyscrapers
Ascending always
Towards the unattainable.
Her eyes turn glass
Absorbing all.
The benches and grates and stone faced men.
The colors that pull themselves out from the mind.
The way the street sounds underfoot,
Its knowledge of her body, her careful steps.
Adaze,
She weaves it as one long dream.
Asleep,
The spell unbreakable.
